We provide Domestic Air Pressure Testing to BSRIA & ATTMA Standard.
We can offer pre-test site visits to help best prepare you for the test.
Our technicians can work along side your Building Inspector to ensure that were only testing the necessary dwellings to satisfy the Part L1a Building Regulations.
The test itself takes between 2-3 hours but if you have any failures on site our technicians are with you for the day and may be able to suggest any remedial work that can be done to improve the test result. Then providing any re-tests on the same day on the dwellings, all included in the price.
We can provide Test Reports within 30 minutes of the test via email which can be sent directly to your Building Inspector if you wish.
3 Hard copies of the Reports will also be sent in the post on the same day.
We can now offer Single Dwelling Packages & Multiple dwelling Packages on quotation.
