SAP Calculation Packages Include all of the following:
Our SAP Assessors are all Elmhurst Accredited.
A copy of dwelling plans & building notes are all we need from you!
We are now able to offer a FREE FAST TRACK service when necessary.
In the case of SAP Calculation failure our assessors are able to advise you on any minor changes you could make to your dwelling to help towards a passed calculation.
Copies of your SAP Assessment & Result can be provided via Email or Post and are guaranteed to be completed within 3days of receiving plans.
Once your dwelling has been built we will then provide your As Built Calculation, which will include any changes that you may have made during development.
Your Assessment will then be Government Lodged.
EPC's
We can also provide Energy Performance Certificates which are necessary for your dwelling to be sold.
EPC's clearly show the Energy Performance of your dwelling which can be more appealing to any possible buyers.
Putting your house on the Market before Completion???
If you would like to put your property on the market before completion, we are now able to provide predicted EPC's on request.
